WELCOME to Older Guys Fitness. I’m Fitness Coach Will Levin. I am 61 years young and in great shape. I specialize in weight loss for men over 40 and also building muscle mass for men over 40. Older Guys Fitness does only ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING, which has advantages over traditional personal training.

For men over 40 who want to lose weight, I will craft an exercise program if you prefer to workout at home or if you go to the gym. Either is fine for me. If you workout at home we will look at what exercise modalities you have at your disposal: for example, dumbbells, exercise bands, etc. We can also do body weight exercises, like pushups, sit ups, chair squats and so on. Whether at home or in the gym, I guarantee you will reclaim the physique of the younger you.

Based on my own experience as a college athlete, Fitness Coach and an older guy, I can guarantee that you will have the body that makes you feel confident and sexy.
