The reality is that your physiology after 40 is not what it was in your younger years. That’s just a fact. My fitness programs are based on the science of getting “Older Guys” into great shape. I did it and so can you.

Older Guys Fitness does only ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING, which has advantages over traditional personal training.

I will craft an exercise program if you prefer to workout at home or if you go to the gym. Either is fine for me. If you workout at home we will look at what exercise modalities you have at your disposal: for example, dumbbells, exercise bands, etc. We can also do body weight exercises, like pushups, sit ups, chair squats and so on. Whether at home or in the gym, I guarantee you will reclaim the physique of the younger you.

Based on my own experience as a college athlete, Fitness Coach and an older guy, I can guarantee that you will have the body that makes you feel confident and sexy. Picture yourself at, say, 30 years old–look at some old photos of how you looked back then. You can be that guy again,… within reason. I’m not going to BS you here. If you are over 40, you will never look as good as you did at 18. Nobody ever will. At age 61, I would say I look excellent for a GUY WHO IS 61! Our expectations need be in line with the natural aging process.

My programs are not solely designed to improve your physique so you are walking around like a badass. That’s part of it, obviously. My programs will make you HEALTHIER and HAPPIER. Health is especially important for guys over 40. Check out my About page to learn of my years of poor health and obesity. When I got back into working out I focused on fat loss because I was 50 pounds overweight. Now I do hypertrophy training 4 DAYS A WEEK, at age 61. These are intense workouts, where I do 20 sets per muscle group each week. And I track my macronutrients–carbohydrates, fat and protein and have a diet that supports my muscle mass goals. I have incredible energy and I’m walking around like I’m 40. I’m not boasting here. The point is: if I can do it so can you. Commit to the program I create for you (commit to the science) and the results will follow. They must.
