I’m offering free HIIT workouts with each email varying the degree of difficulty. First email will give you a workout low in difficulty. Next email will be a more difficult HIIT workout and so on. Keep in mind, these workouts might be low in difficulty but they are still intense–high intensity interval training (HIIT) is “intense” by definition. But the benefits for weight loss are proven. And HIIT workouts take less than 15-20 minutes.
