
Most men over 40 carry too much belly fat. And you don’t feel good because it is unattractive. I know that feeling. But excess belly fat is also a sign of future health problems, like cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and stroke.
I’m offering free HIIT workouts with each email varying the degree of difficulty. First email will give you a workout low in difficulty. Next email will be a more difficult HIIT workout and so on. Keep in mind, these workouts might be low in difficulty but they are still intense–high intensity interval training (HIIT) is “intense” by definition. But the benefits for weight loss are proven. And HIIT workouts take less than 15-20 minutes.
